Are Trulo Homes communities designed for senior living?

Trulo Homes appeal to a vast array of audiences. Communities have great appeal for the 55+ demographic, as well as young professionals, newlyweds and families transitioning to new markets and/or homes.

What is the application process like?

The application process is simple and straightforward. You’ll need to submit an application, undergo a background and credit check, and provide proof of income. There is also a non-refundable application fee.

What are the income requirements to qualify for a lease?

To qualify for a lease at Trulo Homes, your household income must be at least 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a security deposit is required and is refundable at the end of your lease, provided the home is in good condition.

Can I tour the homes before applying?

Yes, you can schedule an in-person or virtual tour of any available Trulo Homes property before applying.

Are pets allowed at Trulo Homes?

Is there a pet deposit or pet rent?

Yes, there is a pet fee and a monthly pet rent. The amounts vary depending on the number of pets, up to two pets per home.

Are there breed restrictions for dogs?

All homes include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and walk-in closets. Additionally, each home comes with a private backyard plus front and back patios.

How tall are the ceilings in Trulo Homes?

All Trulo Homes have at least 9 foot ceilings, with 10 foot ceilings at most properties.

What amenities are available in the community?

Yes, a move-in and move-out inspection is conducted to document the condition of the home.

What happens if I need to break my lease early?

If you need to break your lease early, there may be penalties or fees. Please contact the leasing office to discuss your options.

Can I make changes to my home (e.g., paint, install shelves)?

Any modifications to the home must be approved by management. Unauthorized changes may result in fees or charges at the end of your lease.

Is there a noise policy?

What is the policy for package deliveries?

Each Trulo Home has its own personal mailing address. Trulo Homes offers a clubhouse mailroom for secure delivery and storage of packages. Residents will be notified when their packages arrive.
